Faculty advisors host selected fellows in structured research experiences aligned with their lab's work. Advisors maintain full discretion over:

The specific research tasks, depth of involvement, and timeline assigned to the fellow.

The pace, structure, and time commitment expected from the fellow throughout the program.

Expectations & Evaluation

Standards, deliverables, and methods of evaluation applied during the fellowships experience.

Research Ownership

Full ownership of all research data and publications produced during the fellowships period remains with the advisor.
